Matcha (Camellia sinensis) Powder*
*Organic, sourced from Japan
Add 1/2 tsp of Matcha to a vessel. Pour 2-4oz of hot water (about 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit or 80 Celsius). Whisk until smooth. Enjoy 1-2 times per day.

This matcha powder had great color and taste. I am not using it in the traditional preparation but I love the earthy, grassy, umami flavor. I prepare it two different ways. I have prepared it with two teaspoons of matcha powder in an iced latte with oat milk. The other method is two teaspoons of matcha powder, 4-6oz of orange juice with half a lime and lemon squeezed in, mix, and then fill the rest of the 16oz glass with purified water. This product seems to be of good quality just wish I could get a larger quantity to get a better price. I like that it comes from a single origin and stone ground.
