Speleotherapy, also known as cave therapy, was developed in the mid-1800s after Polish salt miners were found to have a lower incidence of pulmonary disease. Halotherapy, a more recent development of the concept, is the use of salt air to re-create the cave for therapeutic use.

Easy to Use
To use your Himalayan Salt Inhaler, simply breathe in through your mouth and exhale through your nose.
