I have tried different kinds of probiotics for the past years trying to heal my gut but I've never seen anything that works for me until I started taking this Ortho Biotic. I take it also with Psyllium. I believe that I have dysbiosis for maybe a decade now and caused me to have liver disease as I don't drink alcohol. Since I concentrated healing my gut and taking this Ortho Bio, my liver area feels good. With fasting, gut healing, good diet, exercise, my liver disease is reversing and I'm praying for total healing! They wanted to do biopsy of my liver when I asked the GI to check my gut. I did not go back. Instead, I went home and figured it out myself. Went back after 3 months for another Ultra Sound, and liver disease reversed already! Imagine, these "health professionals" were also the ones recommended for me to take the antibiotic for 9 months.
